Can I cancel monthly anytime?
Yes. There’s no contract. Cancel from your InviteMember account in one click and you won’t be billed again. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
How does the 7-day refund actually work?
Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your subscription email. We refund the full amount, no questions, no forms, no exit interview. After 7 days, all sales are final since you’ve had access to the paid channel.
Is the lifetime plan really lifetime?
Yes. One payment of $199, and you’re in for as long as CoinCodeCap Signals exists. We’ve been running the channel since 2018 and have no plan to shut it down. If we ever did, you’d get a pro-rated refund — but that’s not happening.
What’s the math on monthly vs lifetime?
$199 lifetime ÷ $70/month ≈ 2.84 months to break even. After that, lifetime is pure savings. If you plan to use signals for more than 3 months, lifetime is the better deal.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT) via Coinbase Commerce. Both handled by our checkout partner InviteMember — we never see or store your card details.
Is there a free trial?
The free Telegram channel gives you a sample of our market commentary at no cost — that’s our trial. The paid channel adds the actual entries, targets, and stop-losses. If you subscribe and don’t like it within 7 days, you get a full refund.
Do I need a special exchange or bot?
No — signals work on any exchange that supports the pair. We recommend Bybit, BingX, or Binance for futures, and Kraken or Binance for spot. The Cornix bot is optional but most subscribers use it; it has a 14-day free trial.
